K to 12 Plus Project Partner AFOS and Cebu Chamber of Commerce launches In Company Training

K-12 Plus Project Partner AFOS and Cebu Chamber of Commerce officially started training new In-Company Trainers last Sept.4, 2015 with Modules 1 and 2 as take home modules. K-12 Plus Master Trainers Mr. Steve Banzon and Mr. John Paul Briones launched the first "In-Company Training of Trainers" in Cebu. The trainees reported and presented on Sept.11,2015 their assigned activities and case studies reports. From Sept 16-19, 2015, the seminar workshop will proceed with Module 3 and 4 at the Cebu Chamber of Commerce training room. The trainees compose of representatives from Cebu's Food Manufacturing and Construction Cluster.



K12 Plus Project Partner AFOS and CCCI at the 24th Mindanao Business Conference

K-12 Plus Project Cebu and AFOS partner, represented by Project Coordinator, Norbert Weiss along with Lito Maderazo, Steering Committee Co-Chair, and HRDF's Advocacy and Management Officer, Maricris Capistrano, together with GPCCI Dual Tech Director, Tobias Bolle, attended last September 1- 4, 2015 at the ZN Convention Center, Dipolog City. The project was able to host a plenary with the topic: DEVELOPING THE GLOBALLY COMPETITIVE HUMAN RESOURCE. This is befitting this year's theme: Winning the ASEAN, Gaining the Global Market. The Conference was organized by Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry – Mindanao. Jointly hosted by the Dipolog Chamber of Commerce & Industry, City Government of Dipolog and the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte. AFOS April 2015 Study Tour, Germany

K to Plus Project's AFOS Cebu team held its Study Tour, this April 2015, together with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce. They are tasked to study the educational system of Germany with regards to technical vocational instruction and how it can be adopted in Cebu.
