2018 PCCI HRDF & K to 12 Plus Project Chamber Assessor Training

This coming March 20 to 22, the PCCI Human Resources Development Foundation,
(HRDF) through the support of the K to 12 Plus Project will conduct the PCCI HRDF
Dual Education and Training (DET) Assessor’s Training on March 20 to 22, 2018 in
Laiya, San Juan, Batangas.

The goal of the training is to capacitate local Chambers to be able to implement DET initiatives
in their area. The training would also prepare local chambers to conduct their own assessment
once the TESDA Training Regulation for In-Company Training is promulgated this year. We
are providing a limited slots for 20 participants. We will strictly implement one Chamber, one
nominee policy. As commitment to the capacity development of Chambers, PCCI HRDF
would prioritize Chambers who could send dedicated staff for this event.

The following requirements must be met by the nominee:

  • A committed staff of the local Chamber or of the Chamber Member;
  • Highly committed to act as multipliers and to support the utilization and implementation
    of the In-Company Training in their own locality or area upon completion of training;
  • Time and availability to attend the entire Training from 20th – 22nd March 2018;
  • Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing and speaking);

The K to 12 PLUS Project will pay for the Training Program and the accommodation of
the participants during their stay in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. A free shuttle service
from Manila to Laiya and vice versa will be organized by PCCI HRDF to pick up participants in
one common location. However, participants would have to cover their travel expense
going to and leaving from Manila.
